We ship within the continental United States. Shipping timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.

  • You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address
  • Large or freight deliveries must be inspected upon arrival; note any damage immediately
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carriers, or force majeure

See our Refund Policy for full details. Custom-made items (e.g., KingCore Panels) are non-refundable once production has begun. Stock items may be returned within 15 days in original condition (restocking fees may apply).
