Refund Policy for KingCoreBuild.com

At KingCoreBuild.com, customer satisfaction and quality assurance are our top priorities. Due to the nature of our custom-manufactured building products, our refund and return policies are as follows:
1. Custom Orders
Most of our products, including KingCore™ Panels, are made to order. Because these items are manufactured to your specifications, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom orders once production has started.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. We are happy to answer questions and provide material samples or specifications prior to purchase.
2. Non-Custom & Stock Products
For any non-custom stock items (if applicable):
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- A 15% restocking fee may apply
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains a defect:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage and packaging
- We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or partial refund depending on the circumstances
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. After that, production may begin and materials may be committed, at which point the order becomes non-refundable.
